Shipping Costs
Fees are automatically calculated according to your delivery postal code and package weight upon checkout.
PoxyArt is based in Johannesburg, surrounding areas are considered as local courier areas. You can download the Postal Code List to determine under which area you fall. Postal Code List
We use The Courier Guy for all our shipping and you will be charged according to their pricing structure.
Shipping Times
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days, if there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Priority Shipping 1-2 business days after shipping.
Economy Shipping 3-5 working days after shipping.
MAIN CITIES IN SOUTH AFRICA
Priority Shipping, delivered 1-2 business days after shipping. Depending on weather delays.

Local Areas Courier

Priority Shipping – Packages up to 3kg – R105.00
Economy Shipping – Packages between 3-30kg – R135.00
Economy Shipping – Packages over 30kg – R135.00 + R4.00 per additional kg
Main Cities Courier
(Bloemfontein, Cape Town, Durban, Port Elizabeth, East London, George, Kimberly, Ladysmith, Nelspruit, Polokwane, Potchefstroom, Welkom, Witbank)
Priority Shipping – Packages up to 2kg – R140.00 + R46.00 per additional kg
Economy Shipping – Packages up to 5kg – R110.00 (2-5 working days)
Economy Shipping – Packages between 5-25kg – R175.00 + R7.00 per additional kg (2-5 working days)
Outlying Areas Courier
Economy Shipping – Packages up to 5kg – R110.00 (2-5 working days)
Economy Shipping – Packages between 5-25kg – R175.00 + R7.00 per additional kg (2-5 working days)
Special Trip
Should your location fall under a special trip, as defined by the courier guy, your shipping will not be automatically calculated by the website. Please forward your order confirmation to info@poxyart.com and One of our team members will get back to you shortly with a courier price.
Please do not make payment before you have a courier cost as you will then have to make a separate payment just for the courier fee.
Outside South Africa
We currently do not offer any shipping outside of South African borders.
Shipment Tracking
The Courier Guy will send you and SMS/email with your Tracking Number as soon as your parcel has been collected from us.
On the day of delivery you will receive another SMS with a Proof of delivery PIN as well as a tracking link.
We ship exclusively via The Courier Guy.
Return of items
You can return items within 7 days of purchase.
All items need to be unused, unopened and in the original packaging.
Send us an email to info@poxyart.com with your order number and the items you would like to return.
The Courier fee for the return will be for your account if:
The return is due to the product not being what you wanted and not because of a PoxyArt error or damaged products.
You can arrange for the items to be sent back to our store, or you can simply ask us to arrange the courier collection from you.
Once we receive the items, we will inspect it and refund you the amount due to you.
Missing Items or incorrect items received?
Yes, errors do happen, but it is how we fix them that matters.
Please inform us of any errors within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
Please follow the following instructions if you received your parcel and it has the wrong items in or it is missing an item.
Pack out all the items next to the Box you received it in.
Take a photo of box and items and send the picture to info@poxyart.com
Please include your order number in the email and give us a short description of what has gone wrong.
We promise to fix our errors as fast as possible.
Damages
Please follow the following instructions if you received a damaged item.
